The one day when I actually wanted, and needed, a Timmie's Ice Cap, the machine breaks down.. I have this conspiracy theory that they aren't selling it since everyone has the $2-off coupon from the Ready Set Go! event, and it being summertime, would make the demand high.

It was a funny feeling; being in both the position of authority over the prospective freshmen, and also expressing self to the mass crowd. We covered ushering, crowd control, and campus tours. My group started with 15 people, and at the end of it, I had 7 people with me. I really have no idea where half the group disappeared to. Perhaps I was extremely boring and uninformative.

I got free food, a nice UofT shirt extremely different from the past ones I got, and hung out with awesome volunteers. The downside is I feel dehydrated now from all the talking. Even worse for those with car-parking duty.
