don't shoot the absentee
I've had the intention of blogging sooner, but somehow it slipped my mind. When I started blabbing in this blog, I did think of the day when I would forget about it, and eventually stop this probably teen-activity of recounting really mundane events of my life. Not to say blogging isn't for mature adults, but the younger me did think that way.
I have no intention of giving up on this weblog, yet. But this should be the period of my life where I'm no longer tied so closely to this blog to make daily updates. I do think of blogging some random stuff when it happens, but when I return home, all is forgotten, and forgiven for forgetting. So I'm going to forgive myself for being absent for now, till something really worth mentioning comes up and provided I commit to taking action in typing it in. With this, some updates:
1) My Midterms are over, perhaps explains why I'm in no mood to do anything else but laze around and rekindle my yearning to watch J-dramas, which I'm gladly doing.
2) Hell freezed over Monday night till now. With wind chill factored in, we got -30 degrees of loveliness. Fret not, because I think Spring is on its way!
3) Toronto Maple Leafs are struggling to make it to the playoffs of the NHL. Please, please do make it.. For? An additional distraction from my studies.
4) In less than a month's time, my sister will be joining us for life in T.O. She will be accompanied with our Mum, who will be here for about 3 weeks. It will be close to our Final exam period (mid-late April), so I wonder how we will be able to act as tour guides for sight-seeing. My Mum wants to go to Niagara Falls again, which sadly I have yet to visit, so this will be a good opportunity to. So, I have to whip out my books now, or regret it later which would likely be the case. At least my Mum can do the cooking and cleaning for us for a change (aka, a break for me!).
5) Something big is brewing, but is yet to be confirmed and acted upon. This will be a major milestone for me and my siblings living in Toronto.
Yes, the soon-to-be absentee's current situation summarized in 5 points..
