Quiet is the New Loud

In response to the warm summer days, I did a few things..
1) Take cold showers.
2) Snip of the long parts of my fringe. I'm glad I did that.
3) Wear tees and shorts and sandals.
There was a 15-minute thunderstorm last evening. It was really cool: dark, windy with flashes of lightning. Though short, it brought countless pleasure. It became cool in the night. So cool that I had to use my thick comforter. Plus, there was a mist layer in the distant when I looked out of the window.
If only the following summer days will be this cool..
