(un)charging

My laptop battery died down on me. So now it's purely running on electricity.

Well, that's not the point. The point is I need some recharging. I was an all-nighter on Thursday. Stayed up straight through the night to finish my Health Studies Assignment - the killer one. It wasn't that I had no time, it was just I took my own sweet time doing it.

I finished it at 6.30am on Friday. Thought I would go to bed for an hour or so, and skip my first class of Pyschology. But I couldn't close my eyes. Must have been the cup of mocha (quick-&-easy types: a cup of milk with coffee syrup). And to think I thought coffee has no effect on me whatsoever.. I even came home and played MapleStory instead of directly hitting the bed.

I turned up for school at 9am, and sat through till 12pm. I had a couple of doze-offs in between. What a splendid time for the coffee-effect to wear off. Then went straight to the TAs' office and finally rid myself of the dreaded 14-pages assignment, which is the last one for my Year 1 at UTSC...

Because Friday was the last day of school!!! Yes, I'm jumping for joy. Me, Kimberly and Hanit were walking down the hallway and I was talking about how fast we have finished our first year of university. But Hanit said it wouldn't be over till we get our Final marks. Which brings me to the sad fact that after two weeks, I will have five Final Exams within a couple of days.

So I hope there will be some intense studying going on around. But I'm planning to rest my uncharged body at least for today.
