war of the worlds is mind-blowing. although the story came across to me as kind of crappy, the visual effects were cool. but the idea of alien invasion with tripods it's freakish, especially if they had been buried under the ground way before our time just waiting to strike..

dakota fanning in war of the worlds is awesome. she is one star to look out for; her acting is superb, and the way she talks, sensible for her age. she will be in dreamer coming soon in october, about a horse and faith.
