results
most of my prelims results are in.
i guess overall i improved when compared wif mid-yr!
subjects like combined humans, physics and emaths improved.. but amaths went down. expected it, so not really too bothered now. still have english, which i will get back tmr. i barely passed my paper 2. paper 1 is my fate-decider. i am on track to fulfill my wish of getting an L1R5 of 15 and below for prelims.
keeping my fingers crossed..
we got new timetables. revision period.
so well, another 2 wks more before our official stand-down. sad, to think i have lived my 4 yrs in amkss in just a brief moment like this.
spore idol is tmr and friday is the results! can't wait.
i wonder which 2 idol wannabes will be booted out???
my father is imposing a ban on me for watching tv for too long. haix guess i will really have to mug after this.
ohh yar. melissa and yipling wrote in to perfect 10's say it with music. and their letter got read out. cool! i think its like the 2nd time for melissa. included cleo's farewell poem for 4/1 too.. touching.

burnt
wheesh. had great fun yesterday at sentosa..
shinye, yixuan, joseph, edwin, shaoxun, keith, lester went. i tot i was late initially, but turned out i reached harbourfront the earliest. as usual, many came late, very late.. haha. so, it dragged and we ended arriving sentosa later den we expected. had quite a crowd.
we played cards, had a beach soccer game, went into the waters, and lazed arnd the sand.
the weather wasn't dat bad. cool. lester was taking photographs everywhere! hehe.
we later headed to hougang for a game of bowling. met jiayu and we played 2 games. haha my first bowl eversince in sec 2, and i got a strike! by luck, yes i noe.
the subsequent bowls were very irregular. sometimes scored, sometimes went straight into longkang.
but had fun. went home later den i agreed to, so my mum was kindda angry i guess.
some furniture came yesterday. a cupboard and this red little chair has been added to my rm. so cool, i think my rm looks nicer wif the red chair. maybe i'm going to paint my rm in bright colours.
so had a little spring-cleaning. cleared away boxes dat had been left untouched for yrs! finally..
hhmm i think i got a tan, but hope it doesn't peel.
it hurts now, and i haf been applying moisturizing cream.
sch resumes tmr. papers and marks will be flowing in.

what a ride. another wk gone with 40 days to the 'O's.
prelims are over! today the last day- cool. i think it was okay overall, with some hard subjects like amaths and physics practical which i totally suck in. next wk will be the nerve-recking moment of checking the papers!
we got a new vp. mr tan chee siong. hope it signals something gd for amkss.
went to catch 'the terminal' today with samantha and melissa. haha funny. seldom go out with them. but well, was fun. crapped alot, just sitting outside the supermarket @ j8 for an hour plus.
the show is good. touching and funny. imagine getting stuck in an airport in this foreign land!

yesterday went to chill after the exams.
watched 'dodgeball: a true underdog story'. it was damn funny! hilarious. its the average Joe kind of comedy show but i think it pulled off really well, especially since after the stressed period of our prelims..
took some neoprints.. here they are:

the wildcard special for spore idol was on last night.
maia, beverly and sylvester got in!
yea 2 out of 3 predictions. one was chosen by the judges (maia), another by public votes (sylvester) and a surprising bid by the judges (beverly).
so looking forward for the finals now. glad maia and beverly made it. too bad benjamin didn't. he sang 'this love' which i felt was okay. well, unpredictable.
but 'O's.. erm.

shld say, it was alrite in the beginning.
amaths was definitely hard. biology was like rushing thru, but the others seem to haf so much time to rest! social studies was cool, the topic i was banging on really came out! but srce-based was sort of unsteady.
the 'O' level countdown banner is up.. another 40+ days more! arrgghH!
haf to make a farewell speech (again, after the sc investiture) for the Farewell Assembly coming right after prelims. as usual, the sad and happy moments as we bid our alma mater farewell. this yr's theme is...

ohh yea, i may be in the publicity booklet for the sch for pri 6 students. hehe. in the bookelt is comments by students and good-stuffs of the sch. will be in it for student council & drama.
haf to wear the sch blazer for next mon's photograph session. the last time i wore it was at the sc investiture.

final top 9 of singapore idol!
they are... jeasse, olinda, david, daphne, christopher, candice, leandra, taufik, jerry.
the results for taufik and jerry was totally unexpecting! beverly and nana was definitely much more deserving to go on, even the judges thought so. i supported leandra and maia, but maia didn't make it.
but anyway there's still another shot for stardom. kindda stupid- got back 9 contestants just to fight for that last wildcard place. will leave 8 ppl's heart broken once more. watch out for beverly and nana's revenge. supporting maia, beverly, or benjamin.
either one, pls.
well, prelims and 'O's preparations underway.

phew. another week past. getting closer to prelims!
the countdown banner is already up. another 60 days more to 'O's! gawd. gosh.
teachers' day celebrations was on tues.
the day didn't go well for me. things went out of my control. well, maybe my unlucky day..
watched 13 going on 30 on that day. the show is cool. got some really touching parts which made me emotional.
i wouldn't mind going to when im 30-yrs to find out how life would be like. but maybe that's what fate is about.
life is all about going through it without a clue how to, and one day find out you have lived a lifetime.
went to watch face today as it was ryan's bday. supposed to be a korean ghost story but it wasn't really that scary as i expected it to be. just shocking. took neoprints as one whole gang, 8 of us! haha, had a hard time squeezing in. there are many others but we split and i took these:
