to councillors regarding the recent spat of incidents..

this is a very hard time. i myself dun wish for this commotion to happen. but since it has, i hope that you all will view it rationally and leave the matter behind us. afterall, you all will be the seniors the coming 4th council board. the juniors will look up to you all.

presidency, though is democratic, but this time the vp interviewed them one-on-one. i dunnoe wad happened in there. during the exco meeting, ms ng came in with the results from mdm cheong. i dun tink there is any biasness or wadever. not siding anyone, but just saying wad i noe. no doubt that yuru is capable, but that was the decision made, so accept it to the best. try giving soonheng a chance or wadsoever.

by the way, president or vice-president, there isn't much difference. the name may be, but what we do is typically alike. who bothers about the post. it's all in the name. me and lianghock didn't have much trouble working together. the main and most important thing is that we were in the exco with a common aim.
to hope to make the council board better.
not sure if we have done so, up to you to decide.

the exco has other ppl. confide in them if you really cannot stand anything. the teachers aren't as unreasonable as they seem. they were just really really disappointed and frustrated to know that this is happening. even most of the current exco find it saddening to know that this actually took place before our well-deserved break. we just want to step down peacefully and properly with no worries. we are still very unclear of why and how it has happened, but we just found the whole thing very unbelievable and too sudden, as it has never happened before in our years of being in the council board.

i started council when i was in sec 1. and if you ask me, i will never ever regret any moment being in it. at least it brought me a different feel to school. joining exco even made things more interesting. the student council board has become part of secondary school life to me so much, so much that i fear i will breakdown [as in cry :x] during the coming investiture [hope i won't].. *nervous lauf*

what i want to say is that i don't want to see the student council board crumbling. after the years of building it up to what it has become [even though some of you all may not enjoy being in it], i don't wish to see all our efforts go down to waste. hate me for all i care, but i hope the student council board will still gain your support. anyway it is just another year more, so make the most out of it.

it feels weird without the tie around my neck anymore to me. the learning experience, the satisfaction, the joy of knowing that secondary school life indeed will be one of my best memories, is what makes the student council board so significant.

that is why the student council board rocks!
